My work begins with the architecture of thought. I build paintings through systems of geometry, spatial tension, and intentional design — environments where structure becomes a way of seeing and cognition becomes visible.

Kevin Poorman is a Virginia‑based artist whose work blends engineered geometric abstraction, constructed landscapes, and cognitive mapping. As the founder of  Cognitive X‑Printing, he creates freehand geometric systems shaped by a background in analyzing complex structures and decision‑making patterns. His paintings merge engineered order with perceptual intuition, forming authored worlds that feel both invented and inevitable.
